New Market Development Manager - Arlington, TX

 

We are looking for a confident and dynamic individual to be responsible for the recruitment and development of a new field sales/distributor organization in the USA. Identify, develop and mentor individuals who will become Leaders and grow to higher career plan levels. This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and mentor experienced direct sellers, who will become “Ambassadors”, by end of month twelve of the Ambassador Program
• Coach Field leaders to maximize compensation plan and career advancement
• Collaborate in the design of recruitment strategies for Independent Distributors, and specifically and personally help us find and develop leaders in key target markets
• Lead by example, by conducting and holding shows and sponsoring new Qualified Distributors
• The development of “pockets of leadership” in target markets is essential to this role
• Conduct weekly opportunity meetings/events and Group Distributor training in underdeveloped areas
• Develop essential training curriculum in key sales areas as hostess coaching, party planning, sponsoring and team building
• Partner with the marketing department to execute local guerrilla marketing tactics and lead generation activities
• Drive Sales and Sponsorship by implementing regional incentive contests
• Partner with Sales & Marketing Director to ensure all needed support materials and systems are in place for the development of the target markets

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in Direct Sales at the Corporate or Field level
• 3+ years’ experience in Party Plan model with documented sales and distributor growth
• Experience building a direct sales team in the past

Skills and Competencies

• Enjoy cooking, a healthy lifestyle and have passion to help others and create positive change
• Compelling presenter via all modes: in-person, video, writing
• Energetic, motivated and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Proven ability to motivate, lead and influence an independent sales force
• Understand the elements of a successful compensation plan; can explain, simply and clearly, a compensation plan and “match” it to an individual’s goals
• Comfortable in a start-up environment and willing to wear “many hats”
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Comfortable generating reports and using them as a coaching/management tool with the field

Up to 70%

Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Sales Manager, Regal Private Label - Kewaskum, WI

 

The Sales Manager, Private Label will support the growth and profitability of the Division by helping MasterClad, Viking, Townecraft and potential new Private Label business to:  run a successful direct selling business, retail, OEM,  plus develop and promote new opportunities from organizations seeking high end cookware under their, or licensed brands that fit our strategy.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Develop best practice tool kits to run and grow a successful direct selling business.
• Devise customizable programs for each private brand that focuses on the fundamentals of selling and promoting strategic alliances in the industry.
• Develop cost effective cookware ideas that drive profitable Regal Ware volume
• Assist OEM’s in the collection and use of Key Performance Indicators which give the company insight into the success of programs and assist in forecasting.
• Assists with the development and implementation of the business plan for the Regal Sales Private Label Division.

Education and Experience

• Associate Degree, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent; BA preferred
• 2 - 4 years sales experience
• 2 - 4 years B2B sales experience or direct sales experience

Skills and Competencies

• Basic understanding of an Income Statement and Balance Sheet of a direct selling organization, licensing, and private label or custom brands
• Knowledge of Direct Selling Industry and/or Private Label ~ Licensed sales agreements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Excellent presentation/public speaking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
• Ability to diffuse and stay calm in high emotion conversations
• Strong business acumen with understanding of P/L statements
• Ability to manage ambiguity and understand conceptual sale

Other Requirements

• 35% of time spent in Domestic Travel
• Quarterly customer field visits
• Annual managerial and / or direct sales training

Global Sourcing Specialist - West Bend, WI

  

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand cost drivers within industry, commodities and suppliers
• Seek out new vendors / processes for current commodities, raw materials and finished goods
• Develop sourcing plans by coordinating and drafting specifications, quality criteria, design criteria, as well as all appropriate documentation to enable potential vendors to quote
• Analyze purchasing activity on assigned commodities groups to ensure best price, delivery, quality and optimal inventory levels are achieved
• Resolve vendor contractor grievances and claims against suppliers
• Qualify, select and manage relationship with vendors to achieve corporate commercial goals
• Work with vendors to optimize and create a lean supply chain
• Develop, write and administer online purchase orders
• Determine decision criteria for awarding contracts
• Establish, implement and manage programs to achieve maximum total cost of ownership for the corporation

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain company’s reputation for integrity and fairness in all transactions with vendors negotiating and performing value analysis on new and existing raw materials for management consideration.
• Carry out related or special projects as may be assigned.

Education and Experience

• BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Science. Courses in Business Law, Accounting as well as mechanical or scientific disciplines desirable
• 5-7 years’ experience as a Buyer or Assistant Purchasing Agent with responsibility for purchases of one or more major raw material requirements
• Continued development of job related skills through seminars and activities sponsored by colleges, technical institutes, and other professional associations
• CPM or CSPM certification preferred
