Promotion Coordinator - Arlington, TX

 

This position provides logistic and administrative support for promotional programs, incentives and meetings.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the Sales Promotion Department’s project coordinator
• Support domestic and international meeting logistics
• Implementation of dealer incentives and campaign
• Create promotional flyers using design software such as InDesign or Photoshop
• Organization and distribution of promotion packets and materials such as posters, flyers, key chains, etc. to dealers
• Provide company-wide standings which include contests results, program standings and campaigns statistics 
• Sales reporting system support

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Meeting registration and administration
• Assist in the development and implementation of incentive promotions

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Direct Sales industry is helpful but not required

Skills

• Prior experience with software design such as InDesign or Photoshop required
• Proficient with Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience with JD Edwards is helpful but not required

New Market Development Manager - Arlington, TX

 

We are looking for a confident and dynamic individual to be responsible for the recruitment and development of a new field sales/distributor organization in the USA. Identify, develop and mentor individuals who will become Leaders and grow to higher career plan levels. This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and mentor experienced direct sellers, who will become “Ambassadors”, by end of month twelve of the Ambassador Program
• Coach Field leaders to maximize compensation plan and career advancement
• Collaborate in the design of recruitment strategies for Independent Distributors, and specifically and personally help us find and develop leaders in key target markets
• Lead by example, by conducting and holding shows and sponsoring new Qualified Distributors
• The development of “pockets of leadership” in target markets is essential to this role
• Conduct weekly opportunity meetings/events and Group Distributor training in underdeveloped areas
• Develop essential training curriculum in key sales areas as hostess coaching, party planning, sponsoring and team building
• Partner with the marketing department to execute local guerrilla marketing tactics and lead generation activities
• Drive Sales and Sponsorship by implementing regional incentive contests
• Partner with Sales & Marketing Director to ensure all needed support materials and systems are in place for the development of the target markets

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in Direct Sales at the Corporate or Field level
• 3+ years’ experience in Party Plan model with documented sales and distributor growth
• Experience building a direct sales team in the past

Skills and Competencies

• Compelling presenter via all modes: in-person, video, writing
• Energetic, motivated and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Proven ability to motivate, lead and influence an independent sales force

Event Designer (Administrator) - Arlington, TX

 

The Event Designer is a supportive role responsible for assisting in the development and organization of successful company sponsored meetings and incentive trips (domestic and international).

Job Responsibilities

Create & distribute department communications, memos and letters to dealers.
• Setup vendors in JD Edwards, create purchase orders and assign purchase order numbers
• Meeting, Conference & Seminars: Working with outside vendors and internal team members to support the needs of meetings/seminars/conferences including but not limited to sourcing location, supplying promotional items, signing contracts, making deposits & collecting funds (Domestic & International)
• Travel Club Trip: Supporting the logistical needs for incentive trips including but not limited to sourcing location, supplying promotional items, signing contracts, making deposits and collecting funds (Domestic & International)
• Work with graphic designers to develop support materials such as brochures, flyers, scripts, videos and field communication
• Post program reporting and analytics
• Assist in preparing and drafting documents and presentations
• Provide administrative support to the Chief Experience Director.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• On-site event execution as needed
• Coordinate mass mailings
• Various projects as assigned

Education and Experience

• Associate’s degree or higher in hospitality or event planning or related field preferred
• 2-3 years of related experience in the fields of corporate meeting and event planning or equivalent experience preferred
• Knowledge of Direct Sales industry is helpful but not required

Electrical Engineer - West Bend, WI

 

Under the guidance of the Lead Manufacturing Engineer, this person will apply engineering principles and practices to develop, improve and maintain, electrical equipment and automated systems. This is a hands-on position that works closely with manufacturing maintenance and production personnel.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Design, initiate and implement capital improvement projects on time and within budget.
• Aids with design and development of equipment and machines.
• Coordinate, collaborate and execute assigned projects.
• Assess existing equipment and systems and determine available capacities and actions necessary to integrate new systems with existing.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, design and maintain electrical and automated systems.
• Enhance, troubleshoot, design and maintain production equipment mechanical and electrical systems.
• Design, coordinate and assist implementation of controller and electrical circuits and panels.
• Prepare electrical engineering designs, including layout, design sketches, and conceptual designs.
• Providing and maintain bills of materials, detailed assembly, mechanical, schematics/wiring diagrams/drawings.
• Train and instruct plant personnel on initial setup and safe operation of new equipment, machine controls.
• Prepare cost estimates for proposed projects.
• Create formal engineering documentation.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with building and grounds construction projects as assigned.
• Assist with compliance to all city, state and federal environmental and electrical regulations as assigned.
• Assist with maintaining all facility services; HVAC equipment, utility connections, automatic sprinkler and fire control prevention and protection.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, or a combination of experience, education and an engineering internship or co-op work experience.

Skills and Competencies

• Applied knowledge of electrical and control systems, and system alternatives to ensure proper application of systems to meet project requirements and conditions
• Knowledge of and ability to incorporate requirements of applicable codes and standards into a project design
• AutoCAD Electrical
• 3D CAD experience (SolidWorks or other 3D CAD Programs)
• Self-motivated
• Computer literate, proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel
• Good time management skills
• Able to maintain confidential information
• Attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills
