Promotion Coordinator - Arlington, TX

 

This position provides logistic and administrative support for promotional programs, incentives and meetings.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the Sales Promotion Department’s project coordinator
• Support domestic and international meeting logistics
• Implementation of dealer incentives and campaign
• Create promotional flyers using design software such as InDesign or Photoshop
• Organization and distribution of promotion packets and materials such as posters, flyers, key chains, etc. to dealers
• Provide company-wide standings which include contests results, program standings and campaigns statistics 
• Sales reporting system support

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Meeting registration and administration
• Assist in the development and implementation of incentive promotions

 Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Direct Sales industry is helpful but not required

Skills

• Prior experience with software design such as InDesign or Photoshop required
• Proficient with Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience with JD Edwards is helpful but not required

New Market Development Manager - Arlington, TX

 

We are looking for a confident and dynamic individual to be responsible for the recruitment and development of a new field sales/distributor organization in the USA. Identify, develop and mentor individuals who will become Leaders and grow to higher career plan levels. This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and mentor experienced direct sellers, who will become “Ambassadors”, by end of month twelve of the Ambassador Program
• Coach Field leaders to maximize compensation plan and career advancement
• Collaborate in the design of recruitment strategies for Independent Distributors, and specifically and personally help us find and develop leaders in key target markets
• Lead by example, by conducting and holding shows and sponsoring new Qualified Distributors
• The development of “pockets of leadership” in target markets is essential to this role
• Conduct weekly opportunity meetings/events and Group Distributor training in underdeveloped areas
• Develop essential training curriculum in key sales areas as hostess coaching, party planning, sponsoring and team building
• Partner with the marketing department to execute local guerrilla marketing tactics and lead generation activities
• Drive Sales and Sponsorship by implementing regional incentive contests
• Partner with Sales & Marketing Director to ensure all needed support materials and systems are in place for the development of the target markets

• Performs additional duties and projects as requested

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in Direct Sales at the Corporate or Field level
• 3+ years’ experience in Party Plan model with documented sales and distributor growth
• Experience building a direct sales team in the past

Skills and Competencies

• Enjoy cooking, a healthy lifestyle and have passion to help others and create positive change
• Compelling presenter via all modes: in-person, video, writing
• Energetic, motivated and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Proven ability to motivate, lead and influence an independent sales force
• Understand the elements of a successful compensation plan; can explain, simply and clearly, a compensation plan and “match” it to an individual’s goals
• Comfortable in a start-up environment and willing to wear “many hats”
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Comfortable generating reports and using them as a coaching/management tool with the field

Travel

Up to 70%

Work Hours

Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
