Marketing Communications Supervisor

MARKETING  COMMUNICATIONS SUPERVISOR
Arlington, Texas

Kitchen Fair, a Division of Regal Ware, Inc.  seeks a Marketing Communications Supervisor for Mexico and Latin America to develop and produce all field communications and promotional programs. 

Position Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or related field
  • 2 years experience in marketing including experience with Photoshop, Indesign or a related design program
  • Experience in writing marketing materials in Spanish 
  • Fluency in Spanish is required

SHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERK
Location:  West Bend, Wisconsin

Under the direction of the Distribution Manager, generates order reports and executes the shipping and receiving tasks for the organization. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Produce daily domestic shipping paperwork/bills of lading
  • Enter purchase order receipts
  • Schedule daily carrier pickup of orders
  • Prepare Fed-ex shipments and pick-up online
  • Update Excel location file daily
  • Post Saladmaster tracking numbers
  • Coordinate and prepare bills of lading for defective vendor returns
  • File paperwork and prepare paperwork for offsite electronic filing 

Education / Experience Requirements:

  • High school degree of equivalent
  • 1 year related office experience 

Competencies:

  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient keyboard operator and computer literate
  • Ability to work at computer screen 5 to 6 hours per day
