Promotion Coordinator - Arlington, TX

This position provides logistic and administrative support for promotional programs, incentives and meetings.

Job Responsibilities

1. Act as the Sales Promotion Department’s project coordinator
2. Support domestic and international meeting logistics
3. Implementation of dealer incentives and campaign
4. Create promotional flyers using design software such as InDesign or Photoshop
5. Organization and distribution of promotion packets and materials such as posters, flyers, key chains, etc. to dealers
6. Provide company-wide standings which include contests results, program standings and campaigns statistics 
7. Sales reporting system support

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

1. Meeting registration and administration
2. Assist in the development and implementation of incentive promotions

 Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Direct Sales industry is helpful but not required

Skills

• Prior experience with software design such as InDesign or Photoshop required
• Proficient with Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience with JD Edwards is helpful but not required

Electro-Mechanical Engineer -  West Bend, WI

Under the guidance of the Lead Manufacturing Engineer, this position will apply engineering principles and practices to develop, improve and maintain equipment, automated systems, processes and methods of production for the organization. This position will support and maintain all facilities electrical grids. This is a hands-on position that works closely with manufacturing maintenance and production personnel.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide technical assistance for process related problems: Identify and analyze production problems and implement solutions in a timely manner
2. Design, initiate and implement capital improvement projects on time and within budget
3. A general understanding of machine and tool design
4. Aids with prototyping, development, design, and troubleshooting of machine, tools, fixtures and processes
5. Enhance, troubleshoot, design and maintain automated systems, HMI, PLC integrations
6. Enhance, troubleshoot, design and maintain production equipment mechanical and electrical systems
7. Enhance, troubleshoot, design and maintain facilities electrical grid
8. Design, coordinate and assist implementation of controller and electrical circuits and panels
9. Provide and maintain bills of materials and detailed assembly, mechanical, schematics, and wiring drawings
10. Coordinate implementation of all assigned projects
11. Train and instruct plant personnel on initial setup and safe operation of new equipment, and tooling
12. Monitor process performance and initiate preventive and remedial measures
13. Research and recommend new manufacturing processes when applicable
14. Prepare cost estimates for proposed electrical, process designs and implementation projects
15. Create formal engineering documentation.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist with building and grounds construction projects as assigned
2. Assist with compliance to all city, state and federal environmental and electrical regulations as assigned
3. Assist with maintaining all facility services; HVAC equipment, utility connections, high voltage electrical, high pressure gas distribution, LPG back-up, automatic sprinkler and fire control prevention and protection
4. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Education and Experience

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• A minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing environment or a combination of experience and education
• Two or more years of experience with Electro-Mechanical, Controls Technologies, Fanuc Controls and Facilities Electrical Grids

Skills and Competencies

• 3D CAD experience (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• PLC ladder logic, analog signals, HMI panel programing, robotic and vision system integration
• Familiar with and/or experience in metal forming, and/or high-speed automated manufacturing
• Good mechanical/technical skills associated with a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Maintain integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential matters
• Attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and highly self-motivated
• Good time management skills

Under the direction of the Marketing Services Supervisor, the part-time Customer Service Representative interacts with consumers by telephone, mail and e-mail to provide “one call” resolution customer service and provide a positive customer experience. Process correspondence and administer written responses.

Essential Job Responsibilities

1. Provides a positive customer experience with each interaction
2. Receives, researches and answers customer inquiries, service issues, and orders
3. Enters consumer orders for product and replacement parts and accessories
4. Enters consumer orders for returned merchandise and authorize refunds as necessary
5. Authorizes repair and replacement of product with respect to warranty policy
6. Requests payments from consumers
7. Performs outbound calls to consumers regarding ship dates, refunds, payments and product delivery

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

1. Respond to inquiries regarding product information
2. Maintain historical and current product information resources
3. Administer written responses to customer service issues
4. Enter orders from distributors/sales staff as required for backup

New Market Development Manager- Arlington, TX

We are looking for a confident and dynamic individual to be responsible for the recruitment and development of a new field sales/distributor organization in the USA. Identify, develop and mentor individuals who will become Leaders and grow to higher career plan levels. This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Essential Job Responsibilities

1. Recruit, develop and mentor experienced direct sellers, who will become “Ambassadors”, by end of month twelve of the Ambassador Program
2. Coach Field leaders to maximize compensation plan and career advancement
3. Collaborate in the design of recruitment strategies for Independent Distributors, and specifically and personally help us find and develop leaders in key target markets
4. Lead by example, by conducting and holding shows and sponsoring new Qualified Distributors
5. The development of “pockets of leadership” in target markets is essential to this role
6. Conduct weekly opportunity meetings/events and Group Distributor trainings in underdeveloped areas
7. Develop essential training curriculum in key sales areas as hostess coaching, party planning, sponsoring and team building
8. Partner with the marketing department to execute local guerilla marketing tactics and lead generation activities
9. Drive Sales and Sponsorship by implementing regional incentive contests
10. Partner with Sales & Marketing Director to ensure all needed support materials and systems are in place for the development of the target markets

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in Direct Sales at the Corporate or Field level
