Douglas J. Reigle, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Douglas J. Reigle, also a third generation descendent of founder J.O. Reigle, was born in Kewaskum, Wisconsin, graduating from Carroll College in 1981 with a Bachelor's Degree in both Business Administration and Economics. Mr. Reigle's results-oriented management style makes him well-suited to head up the Sales and Marketing organization.

In 1993 Mr. Reigle was appointed Director of Regal Swan Ltd., a joint venture company located in Birmingham, England. Doug returned to Regal Ware in 1995 as Vice President, International Sales, and was elected to Regal Ware's Board of Directors. In 1998 he was named Vice President Direct Sales, holding that position until 2001 when he became an officer of the company and was promoted to his current position of Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing.

Mr. Reigle has represented Regal Ware in a variety of industry organizations, including the Housewares Export Council of North America from 1995-1998 and the British Cookware Manufacturers Association from 1993-1995. Today, he serves as a Director with the Wisconsin World Trade Center, and the Direct Selling Association International Council. Mr. Reigle is an active participant in community affairs, serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the United Way of Washington County, and as a member of his church council.
