Dennis L. Schmidt, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Schmidt joined Regal Ware in 1997 as Senior Vice President, Finance/CFO. He was promoted to his current position in 2000. Mr. Schmidt's areas of responsibility encompass the operations of the company, including finance, information systems, manufacturing operations, and human resources. Prior to joining Regal Ware, Mr. Schmidt served as Vice President, Finance/CFO at Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation from 1985-1997; and Corporate Controller at Pabst Brewing Company from 1968-1985. Mr. Schmidt holds a BBA from Spencerian College and a MBA from the University of Illinois.
