Jeffrey A. Reigle assumes leadership

A focus on new product development yields the Pizza Pal
electric pizza cutter. Arthur Andersen and the Milwaukee
Journal name Regal Ware among the top 30 privately-held

Regal Ware acquires The West Bend Company
of West Bend, Wisconsin. Begins process of combining talents
and expertise of the two American manufacturing leaders
in the stainless steel direct sales cookware industry.
