Regal Ware, Inc. is a privately held company led today by Jeffrey A. Reigle, a third generation descendent of its founder, J.O. Reigle.

J.O. Reigle, the founder of Regal Ware, Inc. invited his son, James D. Reigle, to join the company shortly before James D. graduated from Ohio University. He accepted his father's offer and was put to work in the Receiving Department supplying production lines by "lugging crates and cartons from truck to dock." James O. Reigle passed the torch to his son in 1965.

James D. Reigle continued his father's success, and the company realized consecutive years of double-digit growth between 1965 and 1990. James D., who continues to serve the company as Chairman of the Board, professed, "the second task of a good executive is to train his replacement." The transition to his successor was a smooth one when his eldest son, Jeffrey A. Reigle, became President of Regal Ware in 1992. Like his father and grandfather before him, Jeffrey earned his way to the top management position through hard work, long-term commitment, and diverse experience.
