The limit of Regal Ware’s responsibility for any purchases
that you make is expressed in the Terms and Conditions specified
below and the Terms
of Use for this Regal Ware web site which is incorporated
herein by reference, as those terms may be amended from time
to time. When purchasing a product or a replacement part,
you agree to all of such terms and conditions by clicking
on the “SUBMIT ORDER” button.
The following Terms and Conditions of Sale are strictly
regarding this Regal Ware web site. These terms and conditions
do not apply to any other Regal Ware web sites.

Payment Methods
Regal Ware, Inc. accepts Visa and MasterCard. To order by
check or money order, please write to us, specifying the product
or part number you wish to purchase, and include your check
or money order for the purchase price, applicable sales tax,
and shipping/handling charges. For assistance you may call
the Regal Ware Customer Service Department at (262) 626-2121.
Sales Tax
State law requires that Regal Ware charge applicable sales
tax on all orders.
Shipping
Orders may be shipped UPS Ground or USPS, dependent upon
inventory availability. Please allow 7 to 10 working days
for standard UPS Ground delivery.
P.O. Box/APO/FPO Addresses
Regal Ware will not ship to P.O. Boxes as UPS does not ship
to these locations. The only exception is for APO or FPO
addresses.
Return Policy
All products and parts purchased directly from Regal Ware
include a satisfaction guarantee. Regal Ware® products
purchased from a retailer, a distributor, or received as a
gift must be returned to the original place of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Regal Ware,
you may return the item(s) directly to the company. Items
must be returned in original condition and must include all
original packaging, accessories, and printed materials. Original
shipping charges are not refundable. This satisfaction guarantee
does not cover alleged damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents,
or alterations.
Please carefully package and return the item(s) prepaid and
insured with an explanation of your dissatisfaction to the
address below. Regal Ware is not responsible for returned
items which become lost in transit.

Warranty
This certifies that your cookware product is warranted by
the manufacturer to be free from defects in material, construction,
and craftsmanship for the life of the original purchaser.
If your product has a heat control, cord or fittings, such
items are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
A complete warranty is packed with every cookware set. Some
limitations may apply.
Warning
To prevent personal injury or property damage, read and follow
the instructions and warnings in the product care use instructional
manual and on the product.
