Regal Ware announces staff additions.

Kewaskum, WI (June 01, 2007) - Regal Ware has announce the following additions to their organization:

Randy Schickert has been brought on board as Vice President, Worldwide Product Development and Procurement.  In this position he assumes responsibility for developing and maintaining all product engineering activities, including developing policies and programs for engineering of existing and new products, direct research for product development, and coordinating product development activities with marketing and manufacturing.  Randy will also be responsible for development and direction of global sourcing functions for Regal Ware.  Randy brings more than 20 years of general, operations, and engineering management experience.  He and his family reside in the Village of Kewaskum.

Bruce Lindl has been hired as Vice President & General Counsel, assuming responsibility for managing all legal affairs for Regal Ware.  Bruce joins the company with an extensive legal background, most recently serving as a partner with the Whyte-Hirschboeck-Dudek Law Firm in Milwaukee.  Bruce and his wife are residents of Waukesha, Wisconsin.
 
Eric Nimmer will fill the position of Director, Quality Assurance.  Eric’s background includes extensive quality, engineering, metallurgical, and Lean manufacturing experience.  He holds a B.S. degree in metallurgical Engineering from UW-Madison.  He and his family reside in Plymouth.
