As an accomplished home cook you often want greater control over the food you prepare. With American Kitchen™ Tri-Ply by Regal Ware, that’s exactly what you get. This collection is made entirely of tri-ply, a construction featuring two layers of stainless steel sandwiched around an aluminum core. These three materials work together to create an outstanding conductor of heat. In fact, we’ve extended the aluminum core all the way up the side of the cookware to ensure a more stable, all-around source of heat – without hot spots.
