• • Tri-ply stainless steel delivers gentle, even heat to the entire cooking surface and up the sides, essential when preparing delicate sauces, gravies, and chocolates.  The right material for the job featured in the 2 Quart and 3 Quart covered Sauce Pans and the Saucier.

  

  • Heavy-duty solid cast aluminum is perfect for hearty, long-simmering stews, roasts, and casseroles, as well as grilling sandwiches, fish, or meats.  The right material for the job featured in the Dutch Oven, Stock Pot, 9-inch Ribbed Square Griddle, and Large Open Roasting Pan.
  • Cast Aluminum Dutch Oven, Stock Pot and 9-inch Ribbed Square Griddle are induction-capable thanks to our specially-designed induction plate bonded to these popular items.

  

  • Stainless Steel with a thick encapsulated aluminum bottom is the right tool to deliver intense direct heat at the pan base where it is most needed when searing meats and sautéing.  The right material for the job featured in our Fry Pans, Stir-Fry and Sauté Pans.

  

  • Regal Ware’s Eco-Satin™ non-PFOA nonstick coating is featured on the Dutch Oven, Stock Pot, Stir-Fry, Square Griddle, Fry Pans, and Large Open Roasting Pan.

  

  • Solid stainless steel is just what you need to enable the steam – not the pan – to do the cooking in the Steamer Inset.
  • Stay-cool cast steel handles are permanently riveted to each pan.
  • Capacity marks etched inside uncoated pans.
