Katrina Gongola Joins Regal Ware as Director Human Resources

Kewaskum, Wisconsin (June 8, 2021) – Regal Ware, Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of Katrina Gongola as Director Human Resources.

In this role, Katrina will oversee all facets of Human Resources, including Talent Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, engagement, benefits and compensation administration, organizational development, and the employee experience.

Katrina is a strategic and business-focused HR professional with over 25 years of progressive human resources leadership experience working for several prominent Milwaukee based companies including Enerpac Tool Group, Kohl’s Department Stores, GE Healthcare, Milwaukee Tool, Generac, and Johnson Controls. Her HR experience and expertise spans performance and talent management, engagement, leadership development, talent acquisition/onboarding and executive transitions. She has facilitated and coached groups from 1 to 500 people and has developed core values, competencies, and performance management for multiple companies. 

Katrina holds a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. She resides in Brookfield with her husband Andy and her two younger children. When not working, Katrina loves to cook and bake.
