Experienced Innovator and Inventor to Lead Company’s Cookware and Bakeware Development

Kewaskum, Wisconsin (February 10, 2022) – Regal Ware, an American-owned marketing and manufacturing company anchored in the food and beverage industry, bringing premium products to families since 1945, welcomes Ron White as the Director of Product Development.  Prior to joining the team, White was the Senior Director of Global Basketball Systems for Spalding and brings 30 years of product development experience to Regal Ware.

White received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Product Development from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and his MBA from Keller Graduate School.  His interests include vintage automobiles, pub trivia, and the Green Bay Packers.  Ron is a professional musician, playing a variety of music styles from behind the drum kit.   Over his career in design and development of consumer products, White has won awards for new-to-world innovation in sporting goods and is listed on over four dozen global patents covering basketball and flame producing decorative products.

Under White’s leadership the Product Development Team will be focused on delivering premium cookware and bakeware products to the market.  To achieve this, the team will apply their diverse engineering disciplines and experiences to support multi-brand strategic product roadmaps, driven by research and development.
