Regal Ware Breaks Ground on Regal Place, Ushering in a New Chapter for Kewaskum Community

Kewaskum, WI (June 9, 2025) – Regal Ware, Inc., a leading privately held, family-owned holding company in the premium kitchen products industry, officially broke ground this week on Regal Place—a transformative residential development on the site of its longtime headquarters in Kewaskum, Wisconsin. 

The June 9th groundbreaking ceremony marked a major milestone in Regal Ware’s ongoing legacy of community investment. In partnership with American Companies, the Economic Development of Washington County (EDWC), Washington County, Discovery Properties, and the Village of Kewaskum, the development will bring 48 new, owner-occupied homes to the area, including ranch and townhome-style residences with attached garages. 

“This is more than a housing project—it’s a continuation of our family’s commitment to the Kewaskum community,” said Ryan Reigle, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Regal Ware and fourth-generation family leader. “Regal Place honors our history while creating new opportunities for families to thrive in the community that built us.” 

Located across the street from Kewaskum’s highly regarded school district and within walking distance of downtown, Regal Place is designed to meet the growing need for quality, accessible housing while contributing to local economic vitality. 

 The project follows the successful approval of both the Tax Incremental District (TID) Project Plan and rezoning of the property in 2024, positioning Regal Place to become a model for next-generation housing solutions in Washington County and beyond. 

Construction is now underway, with homes expected to become available in phases beginning in 2025. A grand opening celebration is scheduled for fall 2025.
