Regal Ware Service – In the Continental United States

If you are located in the United States, please follow the instructions below for cookware warranty service, or handle & knob warranty replacement.

 

Regal Ware Service – Outside the Continental United States

If you are located outside of the continental United States, please contact your local distributor for cookware warranty service. Handle and knob warranty replacement for those outside the continental United States can be handled either through your local distributor, or by following the instructions below.

When your cookware needs warranty service; or if you have broken handles and/or knobs to send in for warranty replacement.

 

Instructions for the Service Request Form:

1. Complete the Service Request Form below. Please be detailed in your description of all items being returned, as well as the reason you are sending each item for evaluation.

2. When all information has been entered, press the “Create Service Request Form” button at the bottom of this page.

3. You will receive an email reply from our Customer Service team which will include a Return Authorization for you to include with your package.

4. Prepare your package for shipment to us. Include:

• Merchandise in question (ensure items are well packed to avoid loss or damage during shipping)
• Copy of your RMA – If unable to print the RMA we sent, please enclose the following information on a sheet of paper

o RMA Authorization Number
o Your name, address, phone number & email address

• Address the outside of your package using the address we provide to you in your RMA

5. Take your package to the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping costs to us are at your expense. We suggest shipping insured and that you keep your tracking information.

Our warranty service specialists will inspect your items and will repair or replace your products according to the terms of your warranty.

Please allow three to four weeks from the date we receive your cookware.

Please note: If your line of cookware has been discontinued, replacement pieces may not be the same trademark or style but will come with the same lifetime warranty.
