Regal Ware Welcomes Peter Skaalen as Vice President of Operations for the SynergyOps Division

Visionary leader in people and process excellence to lead operations division

Kewaskum, Wisconsin (February 10, 2022) – Regal Ware, an American-owned marketing and manufacturing company anchored in the food and beverage industry, bringing premium products to families since 1945, welcomes Peter Skaalen as Vice President of Operations, SynergyOps. Prior to joining the team, Skaalen was the Vice President of Operations for PFERD, Inc. and brings over 30 years of manufacturing engineering experience to Regal Ware.  

“My passion is to mentor employees to create a team of detailed decision makers with accountability and the tenacity to succeed,” said Skaalen.  “I look forward to bringing my multi-disciplined manufacturing engineering experience to the operations teams and working together to deliver product, services, and process excellence and meets customer expectations.”

Skaalen received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and an Associate of Science Degree in Mechanical Design from Moraine Park Technical College.  He enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities including boating, skiing, snowmobiling, and hiking.

Under Skaalen’s leadership the SynergyOps division will be focused on delivering premium products, services, and marketing insights to the global food and beverage market. To achieve this the team will apply their diverse manufacturing, marketing, and financial disciplines to drive strategic vision, creative inspiration, and growth.
